what is the deal with…

mashed avocado all over sandwiches?

You buy a salad roll and it is chock full of slightly past it avocado, you buy a cheese and tomato sanger and it’s buttered with the stuff.

I don’t get it.

I don’t like it either but I recognise that isn’t the point (though I’d like to make it the point), but why?

Really, why?
